Autobiographical note
In 2000, he graduated from Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko with a degree in History and Law.
In 2002, he graduated from the SNAU with a degree in Management of Organizations, specializing in legal support of the agro-industrial complex.
From 2000 to 2001, he worked as a teacher of history and psychology at the technical school of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
Since July 2003, he has been the Deputy Dean for Academic and Financial Affairs of the Law Faculty.
Since January 2006 - Senior Lecturer at the Department of State and Legal Disciplines.
Since November 2008 - Senior Lecturer at the Department of State Law and Ukrainian Studies.
In February 2012, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law at the National University of Law and Economics of Ukraine in Kyiv.
Since September 2012, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of State Law and Ukrainian Studies.
Since September 2014, he has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Information Law.
On July 27, 2017, he received a B2 certificate № 000958993.
In 2018, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative and Information Law.
