(Head of TUB of the Faculty of Food Technologies)
Violetta Zhuk, the head of the Faculty of Food Technology Student Union, is a third-year student of the Faculty of Food Technology and the academic group leader.
Growing up in a family that valued culinary traditions and the transformative power of food, her experience in the kitchen and curiosity about the science behind cooking further deepened her interest in this field. One of the aspects that intrigues her most in food technology is the desire to understand which products are healthy and safe for consumption, as well as how to preserve the beneficial properties of food. These motivations led Violetta to choose this direction for her studies.
During her first year, she actively participated in the university's public life, particularly within the student self-government bodies of the faculty (serving as the Deputy Student Dean for Career Guidance and Information Work). Among her peers, Violetta has earned a reputation as a responsible and well-mannered individual, garnering well-deserved respect in the student community.
Violetta is characterized as a disciplined, resilient, and sociable person who is always ready to help others in difficult situations. She demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks, which is evident in her diligent and timely execution of public assignments.
