We are pleased to announce the opening of Erasmus+ exchange nominations for the 2024-2025 Spring semester. This email serves as the official call for nominations for student exchanges under the Erasmus program. We look forward to working with your esteemed institution to provide students with enriching academic and cultural opportunities.
The Spring semester at Afyon Kocatepe University is scheduled from February 10, 2025, to May 25, 2025 + Final Exams between the dates 26.05.2025 – 04.06.2025 . For the 2023-2024 Erasmus+ Project, your institution has been allocated a quota of [1] student in the following academic areas:
Veterinary Medicine (Bachelor’s),
Business Administration (Bachelor’s, Master’s),
We encourage you to select backup candidates, as occasionally, unused quotas may be reallocated. Each nominated student is eligible to receive an €800 monthly grant, along with a travel contribution of €[309] to assist with their exchange experience. The student is responsible for personal spending such as visa, residence permit, book and stationery, food and drinks, and health insurance. There will be no additional payments besides the Individual Support and Travel Support. Individual Support grants will be calculated not on a monthly basis but on the basis of the days spent in Türkiye. At the end of the Erasmus+ Exchange Program, 20% of the grant will not be paid to the students who are not successful from at least 20 ECTS out of 30.
