It is a good tradition at SNAU to summarize the year that has already gone, to analyze the gains and losses that occurred during the year, to plan the future. That is why a meeting of the Academic Council was held on December 23.

The Rector of SNAU, Academician of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences Volodymyr Ladyka informed about the results of accreditation of educational programs and paid attention to the challenges that the university would face in the nearest future.

Deans of the Faculty of Law and Construction Faculty, Svetlana Zapara and Mykola Nahornyi, were the first to report on the results of academic, scientific and educational work at the faculties and outline plans for 2020. Vice-rector for Scientific Work Yuriі Danko reported on the activity of specialized scientific councils at SNAU.

The responsible secretary of the admission committee of SNAU Viktor Serhiienko made the report on the results of the work of the admission committee in 2019. He also reported on the rules of admission to SNAU in 2020, which were approved by the Academic Council.

Anatolii Razumenko, Vice-Rector for Scientific-Pedagogical and Educational Work, made a report on the issues related to amendments to the Regulation on the organization of the educational process at SNAU and changes to the educational programs.

One of the relevant issues in the development of the university and its structural units was the issue of their status (Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”). The first Vice-Rector of SNAU Mykola Kurylo made a report on this issue.

The scientists of the SNAU were awarded 7 certificates of associate professor, 1 certificate of professor, 2 diplomas of candidates of sciences, 1 diploma of doctor of sciences.

The students’ self-government representatives addressed the audience wishing Happy New Year.
