She was born on June 4, 1965 in Sumy.
In 1992 she graduated from Kharkiv Engineering Construction Institute, specializing in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
In 1999 she got second university degree at Sumy State University, specializing in Applied Mathematics.
She has been working at the Academic Department since 2000.
