According to Appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Presidium of the Borys Paton National Prize Committee of Ukraine dated May 08, 2024, No. 2, scholarships of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists were awarded to scientists or their payments were extended.
Anna HELIKH, Associate Professor of the Department of Food Technology and Safety at the Faculty of Food Technology of Sumy National Agrarian University, is also on the list of scholarship holders.
Since 2020, Anna HELIKH has been an associate professor at Sumy NAU. The main academic disciplines of the scientist are information technology and optimization of technical and technological facilities of the processing industry, biochemistry.
The scientist conducts research in the areas of food sustainability of the population, technologies of innovative semi-finished products, dietary food products and culinary products based on innovative semi-finished products, minced meat products, sausage products, fermented dried sausages, confectionery, biscuits, cookies, dairy products and yogurt, canned foods and dual-purpose products.
Anna HELIKH’s scientific list includes 64 papers, including 33 articles in professional journals included in international scientometric databases, 12 articles in periodicals included in the international scientometric database Scopus, 6 articles in periodicals included in the international scientometric database Web of Science (SCI) and 2 monographs.
The scholarship holder has registered 14 patents of Ukraine for utility model and 1 patent of Ukraine for invention.
