There is a need for qualitative reforms in the Ukrainian system of higher agrarian education. There is a lack of qualified personnel at domestic agro-industrial enterprises. Therefore, the authority, education and business representatives try to find and work out new approaches to the training of young specialists.
The world community recognized the dual education as the most effective form of educational process. Sumy National Agrarian University joined MES pilot project on the implementation of dual education. 274 students of SNAU combine their university classes and internship.
The Rector of Sumy NAU, Volodymyr Ladyka emphasized on the urgent need of involving business in the educational process and training the motivated student.
