On March 9, on the basis of the Sumy National Agrarian University, an independent testing of the professional knowledge and skills of primary school teachers in 2024 took place.
The event brought together 40 teachers from Sumy Oblast. Certification of all participants was successful.
An important aspect of choosing the Sumy National Agrarian University as a site for certification is the availability of safe, renovated shelters with equipped places for comfortable work. 3 auditoriums were allocated, each of which accommodated 15 participants. Independent testing of professional knowledge and skills of primary school teachers consisted of 90 tasks of various forms, developed by the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education, which had to be solved in 180 minutes. The tests involved checking the professional skills of teachers in accordance with the rules and methods of the new Ukrainian school. Here the question is about evaluation, and about solving conflict situations, and even about creating a comfortable level of temperature and humidity in the office. And also about the use of artificial intelligence in the development of classes and work with computers and multimedia.
In general, the format of the work was identical to the conduct of external independent assessment for schoolchildren in the pre-war period. The tasks were printed in notebooks, the works were encrypted, and the procedure itself took place in accordance with the regulations of the external examination. Then the results will be checked by representatives of the relevant organization in Lviv.
