CONDOLENCES ON THE DEATH OF PROFESSOR LEONID VOLODYMYROVYCH HNATIUK

The sad news of the irreparable loss shocked the university staff – at the age of 82 Leonid Volodymyrovych Hnatiuk, Professor, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Ukrainian teacher, Rector of the Hlukhiv Institute (1985-1990) had gone.
He devoted more than 50 years to teaching and educating the younger generation. A good and sincere man has passed away. In these sorrowful days we share the unspeakable sadness with his relatives and friends. Bright memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew, loved and respected him, who lived and worked next to him, whom he taught.
Today we remember him as a wise teacher who revealed to students the inexhaustible power of knowledge; a philosopher who taught to recognize good and evil, advised to be compassionate. During the years of his fruitful activity Leonid Volodymyrovych brought up more than one generation, solved thousands of life problems and equations.
A person lives as long as he is remembered. The bright memory of Leonid Volodymyrovych will live forever in our hearts. We express our sincere condolences on the irreparable loss for children, grandchildren, relatives and friends.
