Training a specialist adapted to the conditions of production is the task of every higher education institution. Thanks to long-term cooperation with reliable business partners, Sumy National Agrarian University provides its students with the best opportunities to gain practical experience and realise the career aspirations of a young graduate.
From 12 to 14 February 2024, students of our university took part in a series of working meetings with representatives of the ‘Globino’ Group of Companies. Students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Biotechnology and the Faculty of Food Technology of Sumy NAU learned about the prospects for employment, career growth, gaining work experience using the most modern equipment, and discussed the conditions of dual education and practical training at Globino Group.
Structured useful information, clearly defined requirements of employers, conditions and details of production processes, many clarifying questions from students, meaningful answers from company representatives and constructive dialogue between all participants – these are the words to describe the atmosphere that accompanied a series of online meetings between students of Sumy National Agrarian University and a business partner.
We thank the ‘Globino’ Group of Companies for their contribution and responsible attitude to the formation of a graduate of a higher education institution adapted to the conditions of production. We are convinced that such events contribute to strengthening cooperation between business and universities, promote information about dual education.
