On June 2, 2022, the Open Patriotic Festival-Contest “Heroic Nation Glorifies Heroes” started. Founders and organizers: Kyiv University named after Boris Hrinchenko and the National Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments of Ukraine. The aim of the festival-contest is to spread patriotic ideas through the means of art, to identify and support talented pupils, students and youth, to promote the formation of Ukrainian and European identity, to encourage the patriotic creativity of defenders of Ukraine through participation in art projects. The festival-competition included 13 nominations in 2 categories: “professionals” and “amateurs”. The event brought together 1,567 participants. The performances were evaluated by a professional and star jury, which included cultural and artistic representatives of Ukraine, scientists, art critics, cultural experts and representatives of public organizations. Our congratulations to the talented students of SNAU: – L. BABYCH, People’s ensemble of folk dance “Vesna”, Modern ballroom dance ensemble “SWAY”, The Student Academic Choir “Yunist”; M. KIPRACH, M. SIMONENKO. We thank them for their unique creativity, warmth and inspiration, faith in the power of art and love to Ukraine.
