The community of Sumy National Agrarian University (SNAU) has been shaken by the tragic news of the
tragic death of a Hero – Serhii SELEZEN, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management and a
senior lieutenant.
Serhii served in combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and courageously defended our country.
However, on January 2, 2025, he was killed by the enemy in the Kharkiv region.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, and especially to the Hero’s mother and
SNAU faculty member, Olena SELEZEN. Serhii and all his heroic deeds will forever remain in our memory.
For as long as a Hero is remembered, they never truly die.
