During December, students of Sumy National University created a New Year’s fairy tale for children of Sumy region.
To make the holidays of the little ones brighter and more interesting, the department for organizing educational work with students, together with the student self-government of SNAU, developed a very warm interactive performance. Winter, bunnies, a fox, a wolf, a snake, a squirrel and St. Nicholas with his faithful assistant entertained those present with songs, dances and riddles.
The audience of the event was students of the lower grades of secondary education institutions of Chernechchyn, Bilopol, Myropil, Yunakiv, Khotin, Krasnopil territorial communities, children of university employees. The fairy tale also visited the Khoruzhiv Rehabilitation Center for Orphans, the Inclusive Resource Center of the Stepaniv Village Council and the hematology department of the Sumy Regional Children’s Hospital.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Podilska Hromada community fund and the SNAU trade union organization for sponsoring sweet gifts for the children.
