On September 16, 2022, the official opening ceremony of the Sumy International School of the Henan Institute of Science and Technology was held at the Sumy National Agrarian University.
The mutual interest of Ukraine and China in the development of friendly cooperation, as well as in the internationalization of scientific activity and the educational process, became the basis for the signing of contracts by our institutions.
After the visit of President Li Chenwei, Vice President Vang Chia and other respected leaders of Henan Institute of Science and Technology, a decision about our deep cooperation was made.
As a result, more than 180 students and postgraduate students of Henan Province have chosen SNAU. More than 90 students have already received a master’s degree and are working at leading enterprises of the PRC.
In 2022, 35 graduate students are preparing to defend and obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
During the 3rd year, an educational program for training bachelors in the specialty “Veterinary Medicine” is implemented between our institutions with the participation of SNAU teachers.
We are grateful to the Ministry of Education of China, which paid attention to our joint proposals and decided to establish the Sumy International College of the Henan Institute of Science and Technology.
Congratulations to the students of the college! Our joint task for the coming years is to ensure a high level of the educational process at the level of state structures of the People’s Republic of China and Ukraine.
