On December 21, the conference “Victory Harvest” was held, in which the rector of Sumy National
Agrarian University took part and delivered a speech.

“Victory Harvest” Conference is a place where the most pressing issues of small and medium-sized
agricultural producers in Ukraine, especially those operating in the de-occupied territories or in the
border areas, are traditionally discussed. The conference is aimed at developing concrete solutions that,
in cooperation with sustainable stakeholders, will help our farmers.

A special feature of this year’s meeting was the presence of Howard BUFFETT.
Ihor KOVALENKO, Rector of Sumy National Agrarian University, shared his thoughts on the conference
and further partnership with New Holland and the Victory Harvest Charitable Foundation:
“Only by working together can we ensure the development of the Ukrainian agricultural sector, the
sustainability of our economy and food security.”

During his speech, the Rector of the University mentioned the importance of restoring the agricultural
value of the affected areas, the need to provide access to modern technologies and equipment, training
young specialists in various fields, and especially the formation of long-term partnerships with
international donors and organizations.

We are honored to cooperate with New Holland and the Victory Harvest Charitable Foundation and
hope that all our joint plans for the development of Ukraine’s agricultural culture will be realized.
