The All-Ukrainian competition of creative works among young people was launched in 2020. The National Civil Service Agency of Ukraine created it for the purpose of supporting and developing ambitious and motivated youth, expanding their participation in the formation and implementation of public policy and public administration, and forming the interest of the younger generation in public service.

Tetiana SIERIK took part in this competition for the first time. She tells – she decided to try her hand at it, because she has been studying and working in the field of youth policy for almost 10 years. Therefore, I decided to choose the appropriate topic: “Youth in the system of public administration: the latest approaches and perspectives.”

“This work includes an analysis of the extent of youth involvement in this system, their division by age, qualification, etc., a small study was also conducted regarding stereotypes in the field of public administration, barriers and opportunities for development in it for youth. The results of the research became the basis of the work,” adds Tetiana.

According to the SNAU student, the prize place was a pleasant surprise. She assures that she wanted to do work that would be useful for young people, because they are the ones who should become innovators in the public administration system.

The success and popularity of the competition among young people in previous years prompted the continuation of this project. SNAU students also take an active part in all-Ukrainian initiatives and win prizes!
