Before the discussion of the agenda items, the Chairman of the Association, Anatolii KLYMENKO, welcomed the audience.
During the discussion of the agenda, the participants discussed the activities of the Association during 2024, which is engaged in the selection of brown cattle, and also touched upon the issue of prices for dairy products, the purchase of genetic material and livestock. The conversation continued in a working mood, encouraging EBA members to solve certain problems and find compromises.
As Volodymyr LADYKA noted:
‘Nowadays breeders of brown cattle, and livestock entrepreneurs in general, face a number of difficulties caused by martial law, excessive bureaucracy and restrictions on cooperation with foreign producers.’
Anatolii KLYMENKO, EBA Head, added:
‘All this can be improved if we take a balanced approach to our actions and unite.’
One such example was the discussion of preserving the Lebedynska breed as a national treasure of Ukraine.
We thank all participants for their active participation and constructive dialogue! We look forward to further fruitful cooperation in the development of the Association and the preservation of brown cattle in Ukraine.
