The end of the year is time to sum up and plan work for the next year. Focusing on innovative methods of work and staff motivation, key performance indicators (KPI) will be implemented in 2022.
KPIs are specific performance indicators that help measure the level of achievement of goals, namely performance and efficiency. The practice of KPI is successfully implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the formation of labour relations with rectors.
According to these aims in the first decade of December the Rector of SNAU Volodymyr Ladyka signed the annexes to contracts with the Deans of all faculties taking into account the indicators of KPI.
