The latest technologies penetrate our daily life. Education is the first to respond to such kind of changes. One
of the main tasks of professional higher education is to train young professionals for the real conditions in
competitive labour market. A practical seminar on multimedia teaching methods was held in SNAU in order to
master the new methods of knowledge and skills delivering. The seminar was organised by the Faculty of Economics
and Management. The representatives of the faculty shared their gained experience within TOPAS project. This
project aims to improve the higher education system in Ukraine, to facilitate the transition from a formal, teacher-
oriented training system to the formation of a non-formal, student-centred one. The Deans and university academic
staff attended this seminar. The implementation of the acquired knowledge will make the process of education
better and enhance the University ranking.
