On the territory of Ukraine during the epidemic Covid-19 it is prohibited:
Crossing the state border by foreigners and persons without citizenship without available policy (certificate) of insurance that is issued by insurance company that is registered in Ukraine or by foreign insurance company that has representatives on the territory of Ukraine or contractual relations with insurance company – partner on the territory of Ukraine (assistance) and covers the costs connected with medical treatment COVID-19, observation, and valid for the period of stay in Ukraine. With the purpose of counteraction the spread of COVID -19 and monitor of self-isolation, the electronic service “DIY VDOMA” of the United State web-portal of electronic services is used.
Person that is subjected to self-isolation, due to crossing of the state border, should install and activate the mobile application of the system. In case of impossibility of installation such application, the person is subjected to observation.
Self-isolation, observation of a person due to crossing the state border (who came from the country or is the citizen of the country with significant spread of COVID -19) is terminated in case of negative result on COVID -19 by method of polymerase chain reaction, which is carried out after crossing the state border or not later than 48 hours before crossing the border. Stay in the observatories of foreigners and persons without citizenship is paid by the insurer in accordance with the policy (certificate) of insurance costs connected with the observation or such persons by themselves.
