AN OPEN LECTURE OF THE HONORARY PROFESSOR OF SNAU WAS HELD!

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, an open lecture of the honorary professor of SNAU, the professor of the Chair of Food Technologies in Restaurant Business of KSUFTT, academician of the International Academy of Cold Pavlo Pyvovarov, was held at SNAU. He presented his own innovative developments such as crab stick technology, oil encapsulation technology and structured production.

The lecture was accompanied by a slide show and a video, which presented his first innovative and modern developments implemented at many Ukrainian enterprises.

The lecture was attended by students and teachers of the faculty. Everyone liked it very much, because the lecture was informative and will allow active students to generate new ideas and implement their research projects in food production in future.
