On January 20, 2022, the Conference of Sumy National Agrarian University Staff took place online. The event was attended by 198 people out of 240 elected, which was 83%.
The following issues were included in the agenda:
- The report of the Sumy NAU Rector on its activities in 2021 and the implementation of the collective agreement (Rector, Academician of NAAS of Ukraine, Volodymyr Ladyka).
- The report of the Head of the Instructors and Employees of Sumy NAU on the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2021 (The head of the Primary Trade Union Air Defense K. Hlukhodid).
- The report on the work of the Commission on Academic Ethics for 2021 (The chairman of the commission, V. Tarelnyk).
- On making amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement of SNAU (The First Vice-Rector of Sumy NAU, M. Kurylo).
The delegates of the Conference assessed the work of the Rector for 2021 as “satisfactory”.
By the delegates of the Conference the work of the administration and the trade union committee of the university on the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2021 was considered “satisfactory”.
The conference adopted amendments and additions to some clauses of the Collective Agreement between the employer and the trade union committee for 2019-2022, which was reported by M. Kurylo, the First Vice-Rector of Sumy NAU.
