SNAU is actively working to promote brown cattle and produce unique hypoallergenic A2 milk. An important economic component of the development of dairy farming is the export of genetic material.
The best enterprises of Sumy region for Lebedyn dairy cattle raising were visited by Maksym and Vasyl Zhebiaky, who are the founders of enterprise “CHANCE” of Abay district, Karaganda region (Kazakhstan).
Representatives of the company discussed further cooperation with the university, because together with the purchase of livestock they made a request for a two-year support of graduates of SNAU at their enterprise. The company also specializes in harvesting potatoes and has 20,000 hectares of land, of which 1,200 hectares are planted with potatoes and 4,000 hectares are for irrigation.
