On September 8, the HR team of the agro-industrial holding “MHP” visited SNAU as a part of a pilot project to train specialists using the dual form of education. Representatives of the enterprise met with the students of different faculties: Veterinary Medicine, Biology and Technology, Engineering and Technology, Food Technologies. During the visit, Olena Azieieva, a head of the Vocational Training Department of the Personnel Development Center, and Yuliia Logvynenko, a senior Business Partner at the Agroindustrial Holding “MHP”, held an active meeting with students in a workshop format, initiated discussions on the competencies needed for a successful career for the next 5 years. They told in detail about:
- a system of a dual training on the basis of agro-industrial holding;
- career development in “MHP”.
Students also had an opportunity to meet HR-managers of “MHP”, who work in the regions: Kseniia Motorina – a head of Personnel Evaluation and Adaptation Department (Cherkasy region), Marina Hrygorieva – a personnel manager of the Regional Management Service (Vinnytsia region), Victoria Riznyk – a personnel manager of the Regional Service (Northeast region).
It is important to note that during the meeting with the rector of the University Volodymyr Ladyka a cooperation agreement between SNAU and PJSC Myronivska Poultry Farm was signed, new directions of the strategy of mutually beneficial cooperation were outlined, and a number of agreements were reached.
