The Open Day in Sumy NAU was very informative. The event was attended by about 200 entrants from different schools of Sumy city, Lebedyn, Trostianets, Bilopillia and from other places of the region.
Pupils had an opportunity to get acquainted with the material and technical base of the university, to see new laboratories, to visit the vivarium (a laboratory where farm animals and poultry are kept) and a catering service.
Pupils enjoyed an interesting and emotional sheepdog training, which was presented at the Faculty of Biology and Technology. At this faculty students can study “Cynology”.
Attendees took part in quests, quizzes and business games. They could get some information about the faculties and specialties of the university:

Besides, the university hosted the annual agricultural exhibition-fair “Golden Autumn”. Guests of the fair could buy vegetables, fruits, honey, eggs, fish, meat, sausages and dairy products. The purpose of the event was to present to the public agricultural products and other food products produced in Sumy region.
