Today, on the eve of St. Nicholas Day, representatives of the Promotion Office together with
students of Sumy NAU have congratulated the children of the Khoruzhiv Center for Social and
Psychological Rehabilitation.
For two weeks, teachers, students and citizens of Sumy brought gifts to the Office for children who
were deprived of home warmth and comfort due to unfortunate circumstances. The children
received toys, board games, stationery, clothes, shoes, and, of course, delicacies from St. Nicholas!
Unfortunately, quarantine restrictions did not allow SNAU volunteers to be present at the St.
Nicholas Day celebration at the children's center. But we hope that the pandemic will end soon
and we will be able to please children not only with gifts and treats, but also with games and live
communication.
