Students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Faculty of Biology and Technology of the Sumy National University made a work-excursion trip to a business partner – “Moloko Vitchyzny”.
Sumy National Agrarian University has been cooperating with “Moloko Vitchyzny” for many years. Together, they improved the qualifications of employees, worked on studying A2 milk and disseminated information about it. The most active form of cooperation, however, was and remains the development of dual education.
The aim of the visit was to strengthen cooperation between education and business in the context of involving students in dual education.
An introductory tour of the enterprise was personally conducted by the director of “Moloko Vitchyzny” Fedir ROSHKA. Students of higher education, curators of dual education and instructors got acquainted with the production facilities and features of its functioning.
During the visit, the graduates of Sumy National University got to know all the advantages of the Dual Education Center located on the territory of the enterprise. They visited the educational module, which includes premises for lectures and practical classes, webinars, seminars, master classes, professional trainings, a classroom for practicing practical skills, a dormitory and a canteen. At the same time, the applicants learned about the working conditions and financial support guaranteed to each higher education applicant during dual education.
During the working meeting, special attention was paid to the employer’s interview with students.
At the end of the work-excursion visit, students and instructors were treated to products of their own production, namely, delicious and extremely healthy extra-class milk.
