The Regional Culture Center of Krakow (Poland) invited the ensemble of modern ballroom dance “SWAY” (Sumy National Agrarian University) to hold a concert and present the Ukrainian culture for Polish students. 68 members of the team accepted the invitation and went to Krakow. The ensemble members showed their best dances to a small audience. The organizers invited “SWAY” for an excursion around Krakow, which looks fabulous at Christmas time.
They spent three bright days in Poland. These days left a lot of pleasant memories and genuine emotions. We hope that Polish kids will also remember the arrival of “SWAY” and will be able to visit Ukraine and explore our culture and art. Therefore, we hope that this visit will be the beginning of a long and fruitful cooperation between Ukraine and Poland not only in the scientific or political, but also in the cultural context.
