During the official meeting with Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Ukraine and Umit Yildiz, Education Adviser, the roadmap for strengthening institutional ties between universities (faculties) of Ukraine and Turkey was discussed, including:
-implementation of academic mobility programs;
– holding joint international conferences, forums;
– popularization of Ukrainian higher education in Turkey, the formation and dissemination of a bilingual (English / Turkish) prospectus “Higher educational establishments of Sumy Region”.
They also discussed the prospects of studying the Turkish language on the basis of philological faculties of pedagogical universities of Sumy region.
