On July 1, the departments and laboratories of the Faculty of Agrotechnologies and Natural Resource Management presented their research sites on the territory of the educational and scientific production complex of Sumy NAU.
The investigation is conducted by research and teaching staff, students and graduate students. During the presentation of Topic Leaders, graduate students revealed the essence and relevance of their research. The commission, in turn, checked compliance with the methodology of field experiments, gave recommendations.
Currently, SNAU presents a wide range of grain, technical, niche, fruit and berry crops, nurseries of ornamental and forest plants, greenhouses and more. It helps the educational process, scientific work, the operation of the SNAU canteen, landscaping of the city, the promotion of environmental awareness and civic responsibility. Also this year, the certified area “Organic Standard” of field crop rotation of the Department of Agriculture, Soil and Agrochemistry was presented. Greens, spices, medicinal crops have also been added.
