On November 29, Sumy National Agrarian University hosted a regular meeting of the Academic Council, which was held in a mixed format: online and offline (voting) in compliance with all security measures in a pandemic.
During the meeting the members of the Academic Council considered topical issues of the university. Agenda:
- The work of student self-government bodies and creation of a joint concept of student self-government of SNAU and its structural subdivisions. Speaker: Dariia Kravchenko, the Head of Student Self-Government of SNAU.
- On the state and ways to improve the practical training of students and prospects for cooperation with agribusiness. Speaker: Valerii Zhmailov, Vice-Rector for Academic Activity.
- On the results of admission to graduate school in 2021 and the adoption of dissertation topics. Speaker: Yurii Danko, Vice-Rector for Research Work.
- About the PR-campaign of the university for the 2021-2022 academic year. Speaker: Kseniia Blumska-Danko, Director of the information and career guidance office of promotion.
- Miscellaneous. In this block the urgent issues of scientific and educational-methodical, organizational-managerial activity of structural subdivisions of SNAU were considered.
