On March 29, Sumy National Agrarian University held a regular meeting of the Academic Council. The topical issues of the university were discussed at the meeting. For the safety of employees in quarantine, the meeting was held online on the ZOOM platform. Mykola Kurylo, the first vice-rector of SNAU, chaired the meeting.
The membership of the Council had been updated. Some representatives left the Academic Council. D. Kravchenko, A. Semonenko, I. Bilosorochka, A. Polyvanyi joined it.
The members of the Academic Council considered the issues of the agenda:
1. The results of work in 2020 and prospects for the development of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Speaker: Dean of the Faculty – Oleksandr Nechyporenko.
2. The results of work in 2020 and prospects for the development of the Faculty of Biology and Technology. Speaker: Dean of the Faculty – Victor Opara.
3. The peculiarities of admission of entrants to the university in 2021. Speaker: Secretary of the Admission Committee – Viktor Serhiienko.
4. Miscellaneous.
The issues of the scientific work, international cooperation and other topical issues were discussed in the “Miscellaneous” block.
