In the middle of golden autumn, on the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine and the Feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin, “Vesna” blooms with bright colours. With their painstaking and persistent work, the creative ensemble “Vesna” has been proving for 35 years that it deserves the title – People’s and continues to give the audience its unquenchable energy.
For the team 35- year-anniversary is a respectable age, a time of experience and maturity. The folk ensemble creates a real miracle on the stage and excites our hearts with a range of emotions – from the most positive to the deepest. And the soul and heart of the team is its organizer, the leader and a beautiful woman – Olha Hetmanenko.
Svitlana Zinchenko, the Head of the Department for the Organization of Educational Work with Students, joined the congratulations on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of “Vesna”.
In turn, Liudmyla Pekhova, the Head of the Culture Department of the Sumy City Council, presented a diploma from the Mayor OleksandrLysenko, Maria Symonenko, the Head of the Trade Union of students and graduate students, also congratulated the staff.
Olha Yevhenivna brought up more than one generation of creative students. The folk dance ensemble “Vesna” is a good example of the fact that it is very important to learn young generation, to instil folk traditions, to acquaint with the history of Ukraine and the cultures of other countries.
We sincerely congratulate Olha Yevhenivna and the Folk Dance Ensemble “Vesna” on their 35th anniversary and we are sure that there are still many victories and creative ideas ahead, and the ranks of the creative team will be replenished with talented students.
