Recently, representatives of Kharkiv Regional Center for Education Quality Assessment (hereinafter KRCEQA) conducted a working visit to Sumy National Agrarian University.
Activities during the visit
In the course of the work, issues of preparation for the safe conduct of teacher certification and the conduct of a national multi-subject test during the 2024 admission campaign were discussed. The KRCEQA delegates once again confirmed that SNAU has created comfortable conditions in all shelters, and one of them was even recognized as the best equipped among all institutions.
About the Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment
The Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment was established in 2006 as a division of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. In total, there are 9 of its regional centers in different parts of the country. The Kharkiv Regional Center for Education Quality Assessment is responsible for conducting the national multi-subject test (formerly external independent assessment) in three regions: Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava. Currently, KRCEQA works in a remote format, but this does not prevent employees from organizing their work well. The activities of the Kharkiv Regional Center for Education Quality Assessment are aimed at interaction with regional education management bodies, educational institutions on issues of organizing and conducting external independent evaluation and monitoring of the quality of education; conducting informational and explanatory work among the public on organizational issues and conducting external independent evaluation; registration of persons to participate in external independent assessment or monitoring of the quality of education; forming, together with regional education management bodies and educational institutions, a network of external independent assessment points; formation of temporary points; cooperation with regional education management bodies regarding staffing of external independent assessment points and inspection points; organization of selection, registration, training and distribution of involved employees, providing them with informational and methodical materials; organization of delivery and protection of containers (packages) with materials for external independent evaluation and monitoring of the quality of education; implementation of processing of materials of external independent assessment and monitoring of the quality of education; organization of task verification with detailed answers of certification works of external independent evaluation of external evaluation participants; participation in forming a bank of external independent assessment tasks (development, review, approval); conducting a trial external independent evaluation; participation in educational statistical-analytical and social-psychological studies.
