SNAU Faculty of Civil Engineering is not at a stop, in order to be competitive among the civil engineering faculties of other universities it is necessary to develop constantly and involve other areas of construction in the process of specialists training. The urgent need to build roads challenges us – we need engineers to build an important part of the country’s economy and infrastructure.
So, recently, the delegation of SNAU headed by Rector Volodymyr Ladyka, consisting of Vice-Rector for Academic Activity Valerii Zhmailov, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Liudmyla Tsyhanenko and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering for External Relations Hennadii Tsyhanenko visited M.P. Shulgin State Road Research Institute State Enterprise as the main research institution of Ukraine for the construction, repairing and maintenance of roads and transport facilities. The purpose of the visit was to establish partnerships for high-quality training of personnel.
The sphere of scientific and technical activity of this enterprise covers the whole range of functioning and development issues of Ukrainian road industry.
Anatolii Tsynka, First Deputy Director of M.P. Shulgin State Road Research Institute State Enterprise, Candidate of Technical Sciences acquainted the representatives of SNAU with the material and technical facilities of the enterprise.
During the roundtable discussion with the enterprise management headed by the director of DerzhdorNDI SE and Candidate of Economic Sciences Artem Bezuglii, future relations, directions of cooperation between SNAU Faculty of Civil Engineering and DerzhdorNDI SE and the main positions of the Memorandum of Cooperation were discussed.
