Sumy National Agrarian University took part in the trainingsession of the regional school “Leader”. About 100 participants from all over the region joined the event, the topic of which was: “Psychotechnics of Communication among Youth.”
Daryna Vereshchahina, a practical psychologist of the Department for Organizing the Educational Activity with Students of Sumy NAU, and Dar`ia Kravchenko, the Head of Student Self-Government, prepared a training session “Responsible Leadership” for the most active participants of self-government in Sumy region. Dar`ia introduced the concept of leadership, told about the qualities that will help to achieve success and shared her own secrets of successful leadership.
The psychologist prepared interactive classes, games and exercises which can help everyone to deal with personal characteristics, qualities, skills and which can cheer anyone up.
