The works of the finalists of the all-Ukrainian competition for students and young professionals have recently been defended and the winners have been determined.
Five finalists of the competition presented their projects to the members of the Expert Council. They expressed ideas how to improve health and minimize production risks with the help of implementation of resource-saving technologies. The honorable 3rd place won the group of the faculty of Engineering and Technology of Sumy NAU and a postgraduate student of the Faculty of Agrotechnologies and Natural Resource Management SNAU, Oksana Datsko. She presented her work “Sowing Treatment of Seeds with Liquid Biofertilizers”.
“The importance of the competition is not to select the best work, but to suggest that all participants come up with ideas that can be implemented in production. All five projects of the finalists are worth attention, all can be taken and further developed”, – said Yaroslav Boiko, CEO of AgriLab. “The main thing for a young specialist is motivation: to study, look for opportunities, participate in such competitions, find solutions. And it is very nice that the agrarian business is involved in changing the content of education and standards”, – said Tetiana Ishchenko, The Director of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Higher and Professional Higher Education.
