Rector of Sumy National Agrarian University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Volodymyr LADYKA, became a member of the Expert Council, which will form the “Agrogeneration 2023” list.

“Agrogeneration 2023” is a list of young, efficient people involved in work in the agricultural sector. The rating will be formed by the online publication AgroPortal.ua together with the association “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business” and the educational project “Agrokebety”.

The organizers consider that the goal of the “Agrogeneration 2023 list forming ” is the popularization of modern education and work in the agricultural sector, demonstration of successful examples of youth implementation in personal business and/or career building.

Participants can become agro-entrepreneurs and employees in agro-companies who have reached middle or higher management positions. The age of applicants should not exceed 35 years.

The best applicants will be selected from November 15 to 30, 2023 based on the results of completed information forms based on the evaluations of the Expert Council, which includes Volodymyr LADYKA.

The “Agrogeneration 2023” list will consist of two categories: “Own business” (young people who have started their own agricultural business or successfully continue the family business) and “Agrocareer” (young workers who hold a middle or higher management position in one of the agricultural companies).

Besides to Volodymyr LADYKA, the Expert Council includes 17 more highly qualified specialists in the field of providing educational services, business and agricultural publications.
